If your order has not yet entered production, you may request a size or address change by contacting us at enzehoodies@gmail.com.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your hoodie, you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at enzehoodies@gmail.com.
After 14 days from delivery, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
This applies to both EU and international customers, where permitted by local law.
Pre-order items
All pre-order items are made to order. You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
After this period, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible due to the made-to-order nature of the product.
Faults & Damages
If your hoodie arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at enzehoodies@gmail.com with photo or video evidence.
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
These cases are rare, but we always aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your order details (size, address, etc.) before checkout. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect information entered by the customer.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update details where possible.
Shipping Issues
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If your package appears delayed, please allow carrier processing time.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 14 days so we can investigate with the courier.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows successful delivery to the provided address.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in returned shipments. Reshipping fees may apply.
